This is a Hollywood science fiction action comedy film. and second part of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchies. One year after their fight with the Shredder, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, still live underneath the sewers, having permitted Vern Fenwick to assume the praise for Shredder's annihilation. April O'Neil finds that a researcher named Baxter Stockman is working for Shredder and that he wants to help Shredder escape from jail. April illuminates the turtles about this.
